Impact roadmap

Early-stage accountability without pretending the numbers are mature.

Last27 will publish real outcomes as programs develop. Until then, this page names the measures that matter.

What we will measure

Proof will come from durable worker outcomes.

The right metrics should show whether workers are getting support, building capability, meeting people, and creating credible paths forward.

Participants supported

Workers who receive mentorship, tutoring, training, or network support.

Mentorship hours

Time mentors spend with participants across office hours, reviews, and guidance.

Scholarships funded

Seats created through donations, grants, and sponsorships.

Course completion

Workers who complete structured courses, tutoring tracks, or cohort milestones.

Portfolio projects

Artifacts participants can use to show their skills and judgment.

Transitions

Introductions, interview referrals, placements, contracts, or other career movement.

What we will not claim yet

Honesty is part of the trust model.

Last27 should not imply mature placement numbers, large cohorts, or guaranteed outcomes before those results exist. Early reporting should distinguish intent, activity, and verified outcomes.

Fund measurable work

Sponsors can help create the data Last27 should eventually publish: scholarship seats, mentorship hours, cohorts, events, and participant outcomes.
